Update - Fishies

Seeing how everyone is loving the Fishies (which I attended only as a joke to screw with people) I've decided that they will stay for the time being.

But seeing how not EVERYONE may like them. I've added a option to disable them.

If you go to USER CP > EDIT OPTIONS - Scroll down to the bottom, you can turn them on / off whenever you like

They only work with Internet Explorer

Talking them on to the hook doesn't work for me, I usually have to pin 'em down first before I can get my hook in..
