Private Messages Update

There has been a few more options added for private messages

- Additional option called "Delete Original PM" on the new pm screen. Obviously, it erases the PM that you are replying to.

- Ability to set "Request Receipt" on or off by default.
- Ability to set "Save PM" on or off by default.
- Ability to set "Delete Original PM" on or off by default.
