Arcade Challenge

For those that do not know you can challenge users to a Duel in the Arcade by 1 of 2 ways:

Threads:
Click their username and if they have Challenge option turned on (Configured through User CP > Arcade Options) you will have a option to Challenge Them

Profiles:
Under the profile picture is a Icon to challenge that user
