[Update] User Control Panel

I've updated the User Control Panel. Do to issues that the old "look" contained I've reverted it to something similiar to how it use to look. Hopefully everyone likes the changes. Though I plan on working it a bit more in the future.

You will also find all the links you need to refer people to either your profile or refer them to the site.
