Hi all! I was just wondering how people might feel if HoC had it's very own Male Mod?

Yeah was talking with some people and they brought this up, and I thought it was a good idea!

It was also stated that it isn't a sexist thing, just feel that there should be one. I don't know if John is one or not being the secretary and all, but figured I would post this for my friends that wanted me too.

Yes, I do have Mod powers. Moding is near the end of my responsibilities here though. First, I'm the Secretary. Second, I'm learning to help Derek deal with the code.

I think the site is fine as is, but once new memebers start coming, a male mod would be a GREAT idea

I agree on this one. Male, female, hermaphrodite, androgynous, who really cares... as long as they play fair and don't get on a power trip.

Well if we were BUSY for another Mod, Derek, Lisa, Malia, John and Myself would discuss who we think would be mod material, and we wouldn't base whether they were male or not.

Thats what I like about Derek and Lisa as Owners they ask other Admin their opinions on who they think would work well with the team.

Yes Terry was one, and then poof he disappeared.... I can see why he was "fired" , I use the term "fired" because that is what he says he was, even though he stopped signing onto HoC for a long while.

I have already mentioned to Derek who would make good mod material in the past ... we shall see.

I agree with teresa. When and if the site picks back up, and a new mod is needed, then it will be discussed amongst us Mods on who would work combatibly together.

I can guarentee one thing.... it would be someone who has stayed loyal to the site. Not someone who is loyal for a month then leaves for 3, then come back a day or two then stays gone six months. Etc. etc.

and honestly we do have few males that are extremely loyal to HoC, but not many.

Hell, the site is slow enough now, that even teresa being MIA and myself, everything is still up and running just fine. We arent in need of any Mods.
