"ignore"

i think i posted something about this before, but what does ignoring someone do? does it just block them from contacting you or what?

From what I can remember they can't contact you and you won't see their posts in the forum, unless it has changed since HoC upgraded.

The only way to really find out is to ignore that "person" you want to ignore.

You do not see their posts or can you recieve pm's from them. How ever if you have your ICM,Yahoo,AIM,MSN they can still contact you ..

Does it tell the person that you ignored, that you ignored them?

No ...and the only way you can tell that , the person is still on the site is...the number in the thread skips say like I post # 4 , Teresa posts # 5 , Derek posts #7 .... I won't know who posted #6 unless I figure out how to take that person off of ignore...That I do not know..I would think it would be a Admin. thing.
