ok so down in the corner on rules it says i may not post new threads. So i made a new thread to ask why i cant make a new thread? Not being totally sarcastic or anything i was just trying to see why.

What forum were you in? .. If you were in the Bulletin Board Forum or WEbsite Updates forum at the time it would say you don't have access to post new threads .....

But obviously you can ... O.o Check and lemme know which forums it says that in
