My Mood:  | New Forum Ideas I just wanted to suggest a couple of new forums. We currently have a place to talk about music, and another for movies, but we don't really have a "Books" forum, and with all the avid readers on the site, I think it would be cool. It doesn't feel quite right to use the "Scrawled Writings" forum, since that is, by definition, designed to share your own original work. Also- I think it would be a good idea to have a "Drama Queen" forum for those threads that get out of control with the whining and bitching. I know we have the Padded Room and I think it's great, but I think some members warrant a special place to have their hissy fits. Perhaps it would be a good way to show someone that they're out of control if their threads keep getting moved to the special forum.

My Mood: | Doesn't seem fair that we have places to discuss music and movies, and not books. Some of us do read. And, yes, I took "Scrawled Writings" to be for original work, same as the poetry forum. *sigh* Oh well.

My Mood: | Well, I am also concerned about the amount of forums there are. Right now we have what?? 20 forums? And we don't have many people posting here... Some of those forums goes unused for a long while... *shrugs* That's why I think we need to just back-burner this for awhile... if Activity picks up, then we'll take another look at it... |
