Awk! Bank Issues!

In order to avoid any bank issues or confusion with your points. When you deposit or withdraw points from the bank remember to return to the Main Bank page and hit Refresh on your browser.

Also when you deposit points make sure you read carefully. Underneath where it says the points have been deposited it will give a link and say return to the main bank page to update. You need to make sure you do this. Also to be safe is hit the refresh button on your browser again just to make sure it is done.

The biggest issue that happens is someone goes and deposits their points. They don't go back to the main bank page so it doesn't update. Then they let their points build up again, because the points they have wasn't refreshed they think they have more than what they really do. So next time you go to deposit the points it says you don't have that much, refreshes what you really have and in the end .. you think you lost points

Thank you Derek! I always hit the return to main bank link, but never though to refresh the entire page!

Well the Refresh is just a "make sure it get's done" type thing. Their are many different browsers and things out there that can sometimes stop a page from trying to refresh. So if that's the case, hitting refresh just makes sure everything gets updated

Yeah I was wondering why the other day it said I had the prize money in my bank and on me at the same time.
