its ok. Its like Gilgars brother said last Saturday..you all are JUST figuring out that i am an "anal retentive bastard"?

but here is one of my idea's every time some one quotes another person when they have a low rep. they lose so much cash to the person they quoted. I know there is a chance some one will just quote everyone..but thats what warnings are for right? you abuse the system you need to pay. I did I am willing to pay the price. I have a few more Idea's I will leave for pm.

also let me know if I need to edit that out
