ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh yeah uh huh *does the running man* I haven't slept yet.. Now *does the cabbage patch* spins ,does the *moon walk* THEN SHAKES DAT ASS!!! uh huh!

I was up allnight lastnight, still can't sleep all that good. Shane is starting to get worried and looking into buying a new bed thinking that might help!

Sorry Mik, that you can't sleep, I got a new bed mattress and it helps me sleep a lot better when I finally take my shakin bootie ass to bed.

OK I was having trouble sleeping for like the longest time...my ex's mom suggested I try this stuff called "Meletonin" which is basically just tryptophan, or the stuff in like turkey and red wine which makes you sleepy...it's all natural and the stuff kicks major butt!

Now, I don't like taking pills but this stuff rocks! I completely recommend it for anyone having trouble sleeping. You don't feel all dopey and stuff when ya take it...you just start to feel comfy and then you drift off to sleep...it's awesome...oh, and you don't feel groggy or anything the next day. You'll probably have to get it at a health-food or vitamin place but it's helped me sooo much!

OK, done with my Melatonin speech...now back to your regularly scheduled thread...

Take it from someone who doesn't like taking ANYTHING...you so won't be dissapointed...

Oh...BTW...take it a few hours before you want to fall asleep...it takes a little while to kick in, but once it does, you just feel all snuggly and tired like ya took a hot bath or something...it's basically cured my insomnia! I've never slept better...

well that helped and the fact that I got one of those "tree in the woods playing the piano next to the ocean" cd's...those rock too!

I live right around the corner from a hospital with an emergency room and everything... so I hear sirens ALL THE TIME... sleeping is over-rated anyway.
