I just found out today that the house to the north of me is For Sale as is the one to the south of me on the same side of the street. Both by one person..for $40 k the one opposite side of the st. has been up for sale since June and its going for $90 K its a nice two story..If I had the money I would by the whole half Block just to keep to myself

you said 90k?! holy shit they weren't kidding houses are inexpensive up north.

I think if you're lucky you can get a DECENT apt down here in Miami with 90k ;o/

If you have never owned a home before, you might consider looking into the FHA programs out there. I paid $81k for my home, I'm only looking at about $27k for the year in income, and my interest is only 5.3%. You'd only have to come in with about 2k, and it's a great program that works with most lenders. (Ask them about Neighborhood GOLD)

Not really I don't want that ... My parents owned the whole block when I was growing up... Who's Job do you think it was to mow the Yard?
