My Mood:    | I could be way off..... but I think it has to do with creating graphics. (almost sure it does) just another way to draw, cut, etc. in like paint and photoshop. But I have never vectored anything myself so I have no clue how to go about learning.

My Mood:  | I've used both Photoshop and Illustrator. I've also done it in 3D Studio Max. But for what it sounds like you're wanting to do, I'd look at using Illustrator. And if you really want to get into it, I'd look into getting a pen.
