task bar blank

what does it mean when you do not have anything showing up on your task bar????? a friend of mine is having some problems...

somehow or another this person took everything off it, or somehow clicked it to not have the taskbar show up.

I have done that a few times, its rather irritating.

well i think she just went out and bought a new one...

she has been through 7 the 3 yrs. I have known her.
