*possible spoiler* Waverly Hills Sanatorium

After watching a movie called Death Tunnel.. I was intrigued to do a search on Waverly Hills Sanatorium..(located in Louisville, Kentucky) I found some really interesting things.
Waverly Hills Sanatorium was basically a hospital built in 1924..after finding the old hospital built in 1910 was to small to hold all the patients diseased by Tuberculosis. Now back in this time the disease was uncurable so if you had it you were most likely going to die unless treated at the very early stages. "It is estimated that tens of thousands died at Waverly. At the height of the tuberculosis epidemic, it is reported that one patient an hour died." Quote:http://www.prairieghosts.com/waverly_tb.html Some of the treatments they did were just bizarre..
This is a very interesting subject so i just wanted to share a lil of it with you all..but i cant put up the whole story on it...so i leave it up to you to do a search...

wow. It is odd that I have not heard of this. But I did read the article and browse the website, and I have to say, the buildings history is quite interesting.

Thanks for introducing me. I love finding out new things and researching them as well. (even if just for shock value.)
