Fantastic Four

Hey folks, me and my honey went to see Fantastic Four tonight. It was a pretty damn good flick.

Who else has seen it and what did ya think?

should be its comic book characters. Check the site for the ratings. Everyone has different things they let their kids watch.

There are a couple of violent fight scenes but to my recollection there is nothing too over the top for a kid,

There was only one scene that kind of surprised me- the villain has the ability to manipulate electricity and he blows a rather large hole into a guy- a hold big enough to see through. That was the only thing that made me go

I'm with you, Luke. And is it just me, or does it seem that the Marvel sequels outdo the originals so far? X-Men 2 and Spiderman 2. Wonder how the third ones will stand up...

ive noticed that too, personally i was a little disapointed in 2 things in the xmen movies....

they didnt put
1. beast
and 2. so far no jubilee (she is just sooo cute and spirited) she made the perfect counterpart to wolverine in the comic books.

Good to know. I was kinda fence riding on whether I wanted to see Dark Water. It looked possibly scary but more likely just stupid.

As for X-Men, I've never really read the comics enough to know any of the characters who aren't in the two movies, but I hope they keep bringing in new ones as the franchise continues.

I'm a....er was a huge comic book freak....Fantastic 4 where one of my favs, and the movie fucking rocked....they guy who played Johny Storm was him totally he was the comic character extremely well done character.

also the guy who played the thing also did a very good job especially in scenes with Johny storm as in comics they had a love hate, johny pester thing relationship going on so it was great they played that in the movie and did it so fun and so well

Jessica Alba my honey she was hot in it and did a pretty good job as well, Mr Fantastic he was pretty good as reed richards, and Dr doom was cool I like the guy who played him he makes a good bad guy...really liked him in Charmed as Cole.

I'm ready for the sequel

On another Marvel Note X-Men 3 is next Summer woot...
