well, there goes the season...ending in us getting creamed just as i had predicted...altho i still have to show love for the locals... i was like

when we made it to the SuperBowl as it was...anyways, that game had SO many close calls and technicalities i was on the edge of my seat the whole time! good game. kinda sloppy on both ends with incompletes, interceptions and fumbles though.

i knew it was over when Pittsburgh got the second TD in the third quarter.

poor seattle in a stadium full of east coasters

not exactly as nuetral as planned. lol

congrats Steelers.

Just look at it this way, in all the years the Seahawks have been around, up until this year, they've never made it to the playoffs. And in one stroke, not only did they make it to the playoffs, but went all the way to the Superbowl and came pretty close to winning.

But, my hat's off to Pittsburgh. and Bettis gets to retire a superbowl champion

GO STEELERS! Ha, ha, the SeaCocks lost.

I was rooting for the Redskins all season and they almost made it all the way, but the SeaCocks beat 'em in the playoffs. Therefore I was rooting for whoever beat 'em.

Anywho, good commercials this year. I was so fond of the Mastercard / MacGyver one that it's on my MySpace page.

I was not anticipating the Seahawks to win so I wasn't dissapointed at all. Props to them for making it as far as they did though.

not that they shouldnt be happy that they made it to the Superbowl, but that game was STOLEN from them. they had a MORE than fair shot against the Steelers. The refs made so many biased calls it was nauseating. and everytime i kept hearing the announcers saying "The Seakhawks should just feel lucky to be here" i wanted to scream! thats the biggest bunch of BS, ANY team is lucky to make it. as if the Seahawks didnt deserve it? they kicked ass this year and they played an AWESOME superbowl game. if the refs were actually NUETRAL, Seahawks would have won. heaven forbid that idiot retire without a championship.

I'm far from caring about professional football ever since, I believe back in 98, when they started complaining about everything from a STRAINED finger to a pulled muscled and threatening to strike for not making MULTIMILLION DOLLARS a YEAR for sitting on their fattening asses.

What about the guys that make the field PERFECT for them and barely making enough to live on?!?

But, when it comes to the topic, I do have to say congrats to the Steeler's simply because they are in the league I give as close to a shit about.

I didn't even bother watching the half time show. I spent that time making a grid so everyone could bet on the ending score.
