If I can remember correctly there was a metal band from the early 80's where their name translated into english was something like Black Death or something Death... I may be thinking of a Swedish band but I'm kinda sure they were German

I know what you mean. I loved takin it in HS. but, I'm still trying to remember the german drinking song my HS teacher taught us.
