I just want to make an Official Statement about the HoC Administration and their Duties. We all know there was a bit of a scuffle last week and I just want to make sure everyone understands.

As many of you have noticed everyone who was a "Super Mod" is now an Administrator. The difference is Super Mods just moderate the Forums, not Users. At this time we do not have Super Mods nor are we hiring

Administrators are the do it all. They are here to help you guys with any site problems, and if they can't help you, refer you hopefully to another Administrator that can help you. They also moderate the forums. Their job is to keep the peace. If something comes up and they feel the need to delete posts, or the thread they do it because either users are complaining, or it's causing problems. They are not censoring what is on the site; they are just simply keeping the peace. They have to use their best decisions to do this. When an issue arises a couple things happen. It's either discussed by all Admins and then an action is surmised, or... an action is surmised then discussed to see if the right action was taken. What happened last week, I supported them 100% with the deletion of the threads and how the situation was handled.

Now for a little Summary of what the mods here do:

Johnboat is my Second in Command when it comes to the Site Activity and Workings. When there is a problem with the site and I'm not around he will take care of it, or ask me what to do. I've been working with him quite a bit over the last few months to train him. It's a slow process because of the amount of detail in the site.

-Teresa- doesn't handle Website Issues directly but either answers a user's question then escalates it to me (Or John). She is my main Moderator when it comes to User / Posting Issues. She's my hard ass / Bouncer. Some people find her attitude not to their liking because of how direct (or bitchy if you want to call it that) she is. That's why she is an Administrator.

Arabiangrl21 handles User Questions & Site issues, and as we grow she will be our Customer Support (Greeter). I've already started moving some of this over to her. She spends quite a bit of time on this site and is aware of A LOT that goes on here so I'm always kept up to date on things that need my attention. She also handles Forum / User issues when -Teresa- isn't around and is in the discussion when an issue does arise.

ByteMeHere / Lisa as we all know has taken time off with her daughter / family. We all anxiously await her return. For the mean time she is a symbol of HoC's hawtness: graucho

That's pretty much a sum up of their current job duties. Though come soon there will be more handed down too them. Some people may say I've played Favoritism as John is a RL Friend; Malia is my Keeper and -Teresa- I've known forever. But it comes down to the fact that I trust them and count on their Judgment.

Always remember if you have any issues discuss it with the Admin the correct Admin (Or the Admin that cracked down on you). If that doesn't get you your answer, contact one of the two other Admins or as a last resort, Me. I trust their judgments and actions, and if by chance there was something that occurred that I didn't support I would do something about it.

Lastly don't forget we all our different and have seperate (and in some cases unique) beliefs and opinions. Discussing these differences isn't a problem, but forcing yours or telling someone there's is unfounded or wrong is not a good thing. Life shapes us in many different ways, and this is one of them. We are all adults here and lets act like the Crazy, Insane, Rodent loving patients we are
